E-Waybill document is a type of document that has the same legal qualifications as the "delivery note" document on paper. It is an electronic document regarding the arrangement of the "delivery note" document as an electronic document on the system in order to monitor the movements of the goods in an electronic environment, as well as the electronic transmission of it to the buyer and the preservation and presentation in the electronic environment. Taxpayers who are included in the e-Waybill application will be able to issue e-Waybill if they have more than one warehouse, store or workplace and if there is a high traffic of goods in the working areas where they operate, and they will be able to get rid of the printed waybill traffic.
