E-ARŞİV FATURA NEDİR?
E-Archive is an invoice issued electronically to taxpayers who have not switched to E-Invoice, except for the e-invoice application. In addition, it is the invoice type sent in PDF format to an e-mail address or SMS number used by corporate and individual customers who have not switched to E-Invoice and have notified their customers. Along with this, nlksoft is a digital invoice type that is stored electronically for 10 years with E-Archive Invoice. According to the Revenue Administration Ministry (RA) Communiqué; • All taxpayers who provide the use of e-invoices • Intermediary service providers, those who publish advertisements on the internet, and internet advertising service intermediaries must adopt the e-Archive application as of 1.1.2020. • Taxpayers with a gross sales revenue of 5 Million TL and above in 2018 or following fiscal periods will be obliged to apply e-Archive Invoice from the beginning of the fiscal period following the filing date of Income / Corporate Tax Declarations. • And besides this, there are obligations according to the legislation published by the Revenue Administration.
